On top of that, the sitewide navigation is both fast and user-friendly. However, there may come a time when you’d need assistance with something that would require more hands-on contact. This is where your Account Manager would step in.
If you’ve ever wondered about either of these, you’re not alone. They are both very common questions, and your Account Manager would be able to help you with both of them.
In short, we are your direct line of contact. Which means that there would no longer be a need to call around to different departments hoping to reach someone that could help you. If you were to ever have a question or concern, then reach out to your Account Manager and we’ll be more than capable of handling the rest from our end.
With that being said, each shop has different needs, and it’s the duty of us Account Managers to build a solid relationship that addresses those needs. In my personal experience as an Account Manager, I’ve seen that a large portion of our responsibility is to help you save both time and money. What does this mean to you?
