Where Are The Current Flavor Bans?

The eJuices.co team has been monitoring the latest in flavor bans that have been proposed by various state governors, legislators, and regulatory agencies. We are concerned about these bans and how they will affect your business as well.

Where Are The Current Bans?

As of 9/29/19, the current statewide bans are in Massachusetts (until 1/25/20), Michigan (effective 10/2/19), New York (effective 10/4/19), Rhode Island, and Washington (effective mid-October). There are further proposed bans in several other states, such as Connecticut, Illinois, Maine, Mississippi, Ohio, South Carolina, Vermont, and Washington, D.C. However, they have not gone beyond the proposal stage, or are still being debated in the state legislature.

Several states have localities with bans: California, Colorado, Illinois, and Minnesota. The most notable localities include Chicago, San Francisco, and Los Angeles County. Even some state governors and legislators, while not suggesting an outright ban, have told residents to stop vaping altogether.

What Can I Do?

If you are in a state affected by a flavor ban, eJuices.co is still committed to taking action against these flavor bans. You can do so as well by contacting your local and state elected officials, as well as contact the White House directly. As a business owner, you can also share this information with your customers and have them speak up against the flavor bans.

If you are unsure about what to do at this time, you can always contact your eJuices.co sales representative or account manager if you have any questions or concerns.
