In a world full of online reviews, word of mouth definitely carries as customers look for the best place to buy their vape products. Whether you’re the only shop in town or one of many seeking a piece of the pie that is vape customers, word of mouth can be beneficial to get customers in the door and asking about the latest products.
For example, you can run a 20% off sale on certain products and promote it via social media, email, or other avenues. Having a social media presence and ways to reach your customers through direct marketing such as email or text is another way to quickly interact with your customers if you’re having a sale, promotion, or another event. Even flyers and brochures can make an impact. Encourage your customers to leave online reviews of your place on Google or Yelp to spread awareness of your shop more quickly.

They can then take action against any proposed flavor bans or other legislation that may affect your business negatively. Encourage your customers to advocate for the industry—vapers are, after all, passionate people! If you have a very loyal customer base, the opportunities are endless.
