Geek Bar Pulse 2 Gets a Halloween Makeover With Haunted Blueberry and Hallow Nana

Geek Bar Pulse 2 Gets a Halloween Makeover With Haunted Blueberry and Hallow Nana

The original Geek Bar Pulse received a Halloween Edition with seasonal flavors, and now the Geek Bar Pulse 2 25K is getting its own spooky-season release. The new edition introduces two flavors that weren't part of the original Halloween lineup: Haunted Blueberry and Hallow Nana.

The names might be playful, but there's a substantial device underneath them. The Pulse 2 combines high puff capacity with two operating modes, a rechargeable battery, fast USB-C charging, a full-screen display, adjustable airflow, and an upgraded internal platform.

Here's what stands out about the latest Halloween addition to the Pulse family.

Two Flavors, Two Very Different Ideas

The easiest place to start is with the new flavors.

Haunted Blueberry is inspired by blueberry pie, giving the flavor a baked, dessert-style direction. It's still centered on blueberry, but the pie inspiration gives it more of a seasonal character. Geek Bar also describes a light, sweet “mystery” element that adds to the Halloween theme.

Hallow Nana is much more candy-focused. The flavor delivers a sweet banana profile reminiscent of banana-flavored candy.

That gives the two flavors noticeably different personalities. Haunted Blueberry leans toward a pie-inspired fruit profile, while Hallow Nana takes banana in a sweeter confectionery direction.

Neither one is simply a re-release of the flavors from the original Halloween Pulse.

A 25K Device With Two Modes

The device itself is the Geek Bar Pulse 2 25K, and that “25K” isn't just part of the name.

Regular Mode is rated for up to 25,000 puffs, while Pulse Mode is rated for up to 15,000 puffs. The two modes give users a choice in how the device operates, with the rated puff count changing depending on the selected setting.

That's a significant increase in capacity compared with the original Pulse Halloween Edition, making the Pulse 2 a much larger platform for these seasonal flavors.

The mode system is also an important part of the Pulse identity. Rather than having a single fixed performance setting, the Pulse 2 gives users an alternative mode built into the device.

The 800mAh Battery Is Rechargeable

The Pulse 2 comes equipped with an 800mAh battery that can be recharged through USB-C.

Geek Bar lists fast charging that can bring the battery to approximately 80% in about 15 minutes. For a device with a high puff rating, that's a useful feature because the battery can be replenished instead of making the device dependent on its initial charge.

The rechargeable battery also works alongside the large e-liquid capacity, which is listed between 16mL and 18mL depending on the supplier specification.

A Screen That Shows More Than Battery Life

The display on the Pulse 2 is considerably more prominent than what you'll find on many basic disposables.

The Dome Full Screen shows the battery level, e-liquid level, and current vaping mode. So instead of relying on performance changes to figure out what is happening with the device, users can check the information directly on the screen.

That becomes especially useful with a high-capacity device. When you're dealing with a product rated for thousands of puffs, knowing how much battery and e-liquid remain can make it easier to keep track of its status.

The Pulse 2 Has Some Visual Tricks Too

Geek Bar has also added the Binary Orbit Light System.

The system produces animated lighting effects that change according to the selected mode. While it doesn't replace any of the core hardware features, it gives the Pulse 2 a more dynamic appearance.

For the Halloween Edition in particular, it's an appropriate addition. The seasonal flavor names provide the theme, while the lighting gives the device some extra visual flair.

An Updated Platform Works Behind the Scenes

There's also an internal upgrade that isn't immediately obvious just by looking at the device.

The Pulse 2 uses an upgraded VPU platform designed to improve wicking and e-liquid retention efficiency by 30%. The stated goal is to help provide a more consistent flavor experience.

The device pairs that platform with a 0.8-ohm dual mesh coil. Dual mesh heating is part of the Pulse 2's design, while the updated VPU system is intended to improve how efficiently e-liquid is delivered to the coil.

For a device designed around an extended puff count, those components play an important role in maintaining the overall experience.

Airflow and Mode Adjustments Are Connected

Another interesting part of the Pulse 2 is its adjustable airflow.

The device uses a bottom switch mechanism that adjusts airflow while changing the power mode at the same time. This means the physical adjustment isn't simply an airflow control in isolation.

It's another example of how the Pulse 2 gives users more control than a basic disposable with a fixed setup.

The Nicotine Strength and Capacity

The Halloween Edition is listed with a 5% nicotine salt strength, equivalent to 50mg.

The e-liquid capacity is listed as 16mL to 18mL, although the exact specification can vary between supplier listings. Anyone shopping for the device should check the product details from the specific seller to confirm the capacity.

Together with the rechargeable 800mAh battery and high puff rating, the large e-liquid reservoir is a central part of the Pulse 2's design.

Halloween Comes to the Next Pulse Generation

Geek Bar's first Halloween Pulse release introduced the idea of seasonal flavors for the platform. The Pulse 2 Halloween Edition takes that concept forward with two new profiles and a newer generation of hardware.

Haunted Blueberry brings blueberry pie inspiration with a light, sweet mystery note, while Hallow Nana goes for the familiar sweetness of banana candy.

Then there's the Pulse 2 itself: up to 25,000 puffs in Regular Mode, up to 15,000 in Pulse Mode, an 800mAh rechargeable battery, USB-C fast charging, a full-screen display, animated lighting, adjustable airflow, a 0.8-ohm dual mesh coil, and an upgraded VPU platform.

For anyone keeping up with Geek Bar's seasonal releases, this is the Halloween Edition to watch from the newer Pulse 2 generation. The flavors are new, but so is the hardware platform they're riding on.
